Ordering Information

To place an order, please complete the order form below.

Once we receive your order, we will review it and email you a secure payment link within 24 hours. Please note that shipping and applicable sales tax will be added after your order is submitted.

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
All payments must be made in full before the order will ship.
Please allow 3–5 business days for shipping after payment is made.
You may receive tracking information upon request.

Municipalities, Government Agencies & Schools who use Purchase Orders

If you are a municipality, government agency, school district, or other organization purchasing with a Purchase Order (PO), please do not use the online order form.

Instead, email director@nj-phcc.org or text 848-332-3222 with the titles and quantities you wish to purchase. We will provide a formal quote reflecting:

Government/municipal discounted pricing (when applicable)
Tax-exempt status
Net 30 payment terms

Once you approve the quote, simply send us your Purchase Order and we will process your order.

New Jersey PHCC Member Pricing

NJ PHCC Contractor Members receive discounted pricing on eligible publications up to (10) books.

If you are a member, please indicate your company name on the order form so we can verify your membership and apply the appropriate member pricing before sending your payment link.

The 2021 NSPC-Illustrated, New Jersey Edition published by IAPMO is an updated version of the 2018 edition. The 2021 provides the latest information about common materials, fixtures, devices and equipment used or installed in plumbing systems. The NSPC contains revisions that have been included to promote water efficiency, sustainability and resiliency. This new edition is printed in the popular illustrated format, with comments and illustrations clearly shown as supplemental information. The illustrations and supplementary notes make it an indispensable training tool. Appendix G, which is intended to promote efficient water use in both residential and non-residential buildings and has been updated with revised excerpts from the 2017 Water Efficiency and Sanitation Standard (WE•Stand), can be used as a reference standard in accordance with Appendix E. Also new in the 2021 edition is Appendix L: Tiny Houses, which was added to address safe and reliable plumbing system requirements for both permanent single tiny houses (Part I) and for tiny house communities (Part II). This edition is printed in the popular Illustrated format with comments and illustrations clearly shown as supplemental information. The 2021 NSPC–Illustrated, New Jersey Edition is published in a 3-ring binder.
